Trying to spot the Needs.
If there are thinking habits, here is one: Sharing* space.
Not helping but simply sharing knowledge, creations, …
Not expecting but simply sharing attention.
We are all animals. Similar needs.
Not everyone will realise they need (something) to feel good.
So it is a responsibility of those who notice individual and shared needs to look after others.
Cultivate a feeling.
What do we all secretely want? That someone listens with no advice, that someone shows how, that someone simply helps without asking for permission.
When I’m tired, I can only think in shorts.
What works? Response.
The language of kindness rule the world.
Being compassionate does not work together with being organised nor visionary. Compassionate is about now. Not tomorrow. And not next steps.
